Student Internet Safety Parent Presentation - NEW DATE

Presentation details:

This school year we are providing presentations that align to our district goals.  Our next presentation will focus on our emergency planning and protecting our student’s digital world. We have worked diligently to secure our physical spaces and we are expanding our efforts and supports to include the online safety of our students in our 1:1 learning environment.  We designed the presentation for parents of students K-12.

Date:  Wednesday, December 11

Time:  9:00 am and 6:00 pm

Location: CHS Community Room

This important presentation, provided in conjunction with the Hopewell Township Police, will provide information and tools for parents about our district’s emergency preparations and our efforts to protect students in a digital world.  Parents will also be provided tips and tools to help monitor their child’s online presence. This event will also be streamed live on our district Facebook page. We hope to see you on December 11th.

Thomas A. Smith, Ed.D.

Superintendent of Schools

An important reminder:

  • We have placed a “Hope and Help” button on our district website that provides contact information for local mental health resources and video links on our recent mental health presentations.  No one should struggle alone.
