As is our tradition, student schedules and teacher placements for all students K - 12 will be available in OnCourse on the third Thursday of August. This year, the post date is August 15.
- District families will receive an email from their building principal with specific instructions explaining how to access OnCourse to retrieve classroom teacher (K-5) or schedule (6-12) information.
- Bus route information will also be available in OnCourse (official bus passes will be emailed prior to the start of school).
- Please login prior to August 15 to review/confirm your contact information. For help accessing your OnCourse account, please email us at Registrar@hvrsd.org or call 609-737-4000 ext. 2304.
As we begin another school year, I acknowledge that our successes are due in large part to an excellent teaching staff and a very supportive community. District supports like our school Parent Teacher Organizations (PTO), Hopewell Valley Education Foundation, Helpwell, and STRIVE provide support to our students and staff in many ways, and we are grateful for them.
Parent involvement is critical for the success of any school and I encourage you to consider participating on some level. Becoming involved with the PTO at your child’s school is an enriching experience for both you and your child. All schools can use additional parent volunteers and TMS is searching for a PTO co-president. I have listed the contact information for the PTO president at each school; please think about getting involved.
