E-mail is one of the many ways the Hopewell Valley Regional School District communicates with parents and the community. See our email list frequently asked questions (FAQ's!) which have been updated for 2009-2010. 

School-based E-mail Lists:
All parents/guardians who have entered valid e-mail addresses in Infinite Campus are automatically included on their child(ren)’s school e-mail list(s). A wide variety of school and district information is disseminated through these lists, including principals’ newsletters, SNAPSHOTS, the district’s e-newsletter, and other important notices and reminders. Parents/guardians may unsubscribe at any time. For more information on Infinite Campus or to login to your account, visit: http://www.hvrsd.org/ic/ 

District Emergency Notification E-mail List:
If you would like to be notified by e-mail when classes are cancelled or delayed for emergency reasons, please use the form below. Last year’s Emergency Notification E-mail List is no longer in effect. You must re-subscribe for 2009-2010. E-mail addresses submitted through Infinite Campus are automatically included. Additional e-mail addresses can be submitted below. It takes 24-48 hours for your e-mail address to become active on this list. Be aware that the Emergency Notification E-mail List is a secondary level of emergency notification and should not be considered the primary or only means of emergency notice on the part of the school district. It is only used on the authority of the Superintendent of Schools or his designee. (See also: HVRSD Emergency Information.)

For the school-based email lists, make sure your email address is accurate in Infinite Campus.  Login to your Infinite Campus account at:  http://www.hvrsd.org/ic/   Remember that this email address is also added to the Emergency Notification Email List.


PTO Email Lists:  The school PTO's have their own email lists to which you can subscribe. You can contact the school office for PTO contact information so that you can be a member of one or more of these lists.
