To contact our office by telephone, dial the CHS main number (609.737.4003) and select "2" from the main voice menu.

Who We Are

We are located in the 100 Hall, near the intersection by the gym.

When you visit the Nurse's Office, you will see the CHS nurse, Ms. Vaccaro. Ms. Vaccaro is assisted in the office by Mrs. Hall and Mrs. Larkin. You may also see one of our district's other nurses.

What We Do

• If you become ill or injured during school, we will evaluate you and arrange treatment.
• If you have a chronic health condition, we will work with you to manage your care during school hours.
• We manage all health-related forms, from Physical Examination forms for school sports to Tylenol/Advil Permission forms (see our list on the left).
